Hi, I'm Koko. I'm building Nova Global.

Nova is a venture company I founded with my cofounder Carlo. We were lucky to be seed partners to the founders of Mercor, Etched, Mach, and more in the last few years and we're grateful to be backed by folks like Marc Andreessen, Henry Kravis, Stan Druckenmiller, Micky Malka, and others.

I read and write a lot about venture, founders, finance, and the innovation economy. I enjoy thinking about the intersection of different asset classes and my favorite financial institutions are Blackstone, Citadel, and Renaissaince. Some of my favorite historical instances of financial innovation include Larry Fink inventing the mortgage-backed security, David Swensen creating the derivatives swap, and of course Michael Milken with high-yield bonds.

I live in San Francisco and have a cat named Biohazard.
